This workshop answers questions about why people get ANGRY and what you can do about it. We will provide answers and solutions to the questions people have about why people get; angry and what we can do about it. Do any of these sound familiar to you:
- Repeated useless venting (yelling, stomping feet, slamming doors, etc.)
- Under-expression anger (stuff it, hide it, deny it, holding it in, pressure cooker analogy)
